Must the Naki powerbank remain where I took it?
No, and that is the magic of the Naki Stations network! You rent your powerbank where it suits you best, and you return it where it also suits you best. It doesn’t have to be the same Naki Station. You are completely mobile during the rental.

My device already shut down: how can I rent?
You will need to find a way to charge your phone just enough to turn it on, before you can proceed with the rental.
- If you are with a friend, ask them to rent a powerbank for you (our powerbanks ensure ultra-fast charging).
- If you are by yourself, ask someone close by to charge your phone for just for a few minutes.
- Some of our stations have emergency charging cables (on the back or side). But be patient, as they charge much slower than our powerbanks.
Can I rent more than one powerbank at a time?
Not at the moment, but if a friend of yours needs one, invite them to just scan the QR code of a Naki Station with their phone and follow the step to unlock a powerbank with the Naki web app.
