How to enjoy the service?
- First, download the Naki Power app on your smartphone.
- When creating your Naki Power account, be sure to enter your Three phone number as this is what allows us to offer you the service. If you already have a Naki Power account, complete it if needed (Account / Special Offers / Three) with your Three phone number.
- That's it, from now on each time you use the Naki Power recharge service, Three offers you the first 6 hours.
Why do I need to set up a payment method in my Naki Power account since it's free?
Three offers you the first 6 hours whenever you need it, after which the Naki Power rental pricing applies. In addition, using the Naki Power service might involve a pre-authorisation request on your payment method, but once a rental is over, only its price is charged.
Private Three customers with an active subscription use a Naki Powerbank for free during the first 6 hours of each rental. After the expiry of the free usage period, the applicable rate will be charged. The free offer applies per mobile number registered in the Naki App that is part of the Three subscription. The free offer is limited to the simultaneous use of 1 Naki Powerbank per mobile number that is part of Three. The applicable rates apply for the simultaneous use of a second, third, etc. Naki Powerbank by the same user. To enjoy the free offer, the user must register in the Naki App with his mobile number that is part of the Three subscription, and the user must agree that his mobile number is shared with Three in order to verify whether he / she is eligible for this free offer.
